LabelCrop

Works on label PDFs where each page holds one label, with the invoice below it.

Crop looks off? Adjust the edges

Millimetres to add around the label. Use a negative number to trim.

LabelCrop finds the label on each page by its layout and reads the SKU, courier and COD or prepaid from the label text. Layouts change, so always look at the preview before printing a batch. Sorting and the summary work only when the SKU can be read from the label.

    About LabelCrop

Who it is for, and common questions.

Who it is for. Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon sellers who print shipping labels every day and want them ready without manual cropping.

Are my label files uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDFs are read and rewritten inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers, so customer names and addresses stay on your device.

Does it work for every courier and marketplace?

It finds the label by its layout, so it works on most label PDFs that carry one label per page with an invoice below. Layouts change often, so check the preview. If a crop is off, use the edge adjustments.

Why does the invoice come out as a separate PDF?

A 4×6 thermal label cannot hold an A4 invoice. You get labels for the printer and invoices for the parcel or your records, in the same order.

Why did the SKU sort not work on some labels?

The SKU is read from the label text. If a label has no readable SKU, it goes to the end and the result tells you how many were found.

    Is there a limit?

There is no usage limit. Very large batches on an older phone may be slow, so split them into smaller files if the page freezes.
