Is this ready to use today?
No. It is a working preview of the screens with sample data. We build the real system for your gym after a demo call.
Is it for one gym or several?
The preview shows one gym. We can plan several branches in the written plan.
Does it open the door?
The preview simulates a door scan. We prefer a QR code or a staff tap over face or fingerprint scans, because those are sensitive personal data. We discuss door readers with you.
What about GST and invoices?
The tax rate on memberships depends on your situation, so ask your accountant. We set the app to match what they tell you.
Is member data safe?
Member details, payments and body measurements are personal data, and members under 18 need extra care. How we protect it is part of the written plan, and we say plainly what you must arrange yourself.
Are the meal plans real?
The meal plan in the preview is a sample. A real diet plan should come from a qualified dietitian.
What does it cost?
We quote in writing after we understand your gym. Nothing is charged for the demo call.
Who owns it?
We agree this in the written plan before you pay.
