A seller and a buyer phone share one live drop. Nothing here is saved or charged, and the hold timer is shortened so you can see the whole cycle in a minute.
Seller phone (Priya)
Buyer phone (Ananya)
Mock in this prototype: the QR code, the map and the UPI app button. In the real build the QR carries the seller's UPI ID and the exact amount, the address search uses Google Places, and payment is confirmed by the seller or by a payment gateway. Devanova Live never holds the money. Hindi and Bengali labels on the buyer phone are first drafts for a native speaker to review.
