Questions people ask before booking.

How long until I get my photos?

Edited photographs arrive within 14 days and the highlight film within 30 days. Preview shots come within 48 hours.

Do we get the raw files?

Not by default, because raw files are unfinished work. We deliver every edited photo in full resolution and can discuss raw files on request.

Do you travel outside Kolkata?

Yes. Travel, stay and food for the crew are added to the quote with no hidden extras.

What if it rains or the schedule changes?

We plan for it. A second shooter and our weather kit cover most surprises, and we can shift hours at no extra charge on the same day.
